The success of each project significantly depends on people - their professionalism, commitment, positive motivation, skills, and abilities to continue to raise qualifications. Considerable importance is also the ability to work in the project, adapt their aspirations to the expectations of other team members, as well as the ability to achieve compromise solutions. Such criteria led a team monitoring on behalf of the authorities of the University of Technology and Life Sciences project "Stage 2 of the Regional Centre of Innovativeness" at the selection of individuals who have had to play a key role in the project.
